Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

SalesLoft is going great for me at Altair. It's being used across the whole Sales department. Being able to send hundreds of emails that quickly has saved me hours and hours. Being able to track my team's progress (sent, opened, clicked) helps me hold them accountable and help improve their process as well.
  • Keeps track of opens, clicks, and replies.
  • Looks like a real email, not spam.
  • I'd like to be able to email only the people who open an email in the cadence.
  • Clearer error messaging when importing people via CS. It's not always clear how to fix the problem.
  • Overall pipeline growth.
  • Increased face time with customers.
I emailed the Support team about stopping a cadence in the middle and I received prompt feedback, which helped.
It's not hard to get started on your own, it's not hard to combine and collaborate on cadences. It's very easy to use individually or as a group.
I haven't used any other products.
It's great for cold email people you are prospecting, sending 100s of emails in a short amount of time. It's also good for emailing all your known contacts at once in a separate cadence.
