Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

We are currently using SalesLoft across the entire organization. We use it for the dialer feature to make calls easier and for cadence management, email tracking, and the analytics/reporting.
  • Cadence feature makes managing steps of prospecting easy
  • Dialer feature allows you to make phone calls much faster
  • Seeing history of calls/emails is very, very helpful
  • I would like the ability to quickly change cadence to an email/phone reminder all within the same view (combine reminders and cadences)
  • Ability to remove unsubscribe from email--it gives prospects the impression that all outreaches are mass sent, which isn't the case
  • Productivity increase by 40%
SalesLoft integrates into Salesforce and imports leads well. I don't see messages or logs going back into Salesforce, though. It just imports.
Once you have prospects at companies identified, it is very helpful in cadence and outreach management. It would be better if you could paste rich graphics into a template without having to attach and insert pictures.
