SalesLoft helps the sales team reach out to prospects who showed interest in our product. Once a sales team member receives a lead they pass it through a certain cadence relevant to the interest. This makes the who process automated, reduces the manual work of sending emails, texts, or calls.

Initially, when we started working on cadences, it felt a bit too much work but when you start using it regularly it had a huge impact on my productivity. I eliminated the factors like sending manual emails after the call. When it alert about hot lead (happen when prospect click our email multiple times) is pretty cool
It is integrated in a way that sometimes it is a part of salesforce when you see matching colors. The sidebar when open shows a clear picture of the account. Editing the information is pretty easy. Easy to log calls which immediately reflect on salesforce account. Adding easily missing missing back to salesforce from the dashboard

SalesLoft makes it easier to dial it, log it, and later customize the logged tasks. It does not disrupt the other task while you are on a call, unlike Genesys. Call quality generally very good and rarely face any major issue company-wide. Alerting when an email is opened or clicked is something you can't find elsewhere
SalesLoft is by far the best option if you are looking for a highly integrated system with salesforce. It not only automates things efficiently but also eliminates load times compared to software. The analytics are more detailed and give a clear picture of where we're standing and which areas need improvement.
