Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

It is used across all business units now. It is primarily used to standardized the communication (engage with our potential and current clients) during the prospecting, conversion, and after-sales process. SalesLoft automates the work of the salespeople. When we installed Salesforce, our salespeople thought it was more work. When we installed SalesLoft they thought it was a helpful sales-enablement tool. They like the fact that they can increase velocity, save time, and automate tasks. For sales leaders, they get the insights they need to evaluate, coach, and make necessary adjustments to the workforce.

  • Be native to more CRMs besides Salesforce like NetSuite, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.

You have provided cadence best practice book, annual summit educational sessions, and great knowledge-based content.
I think SalesLoft has nailed this with SF, but needs to expand the integration with other CRM platforms. You should be able to run SL without a link to CRM. I think SL is more valuable than SF for small organizations.
  • Outreach
Chantel Herry was a great salesperson. She showed me how she was using the tool as she engaged with us. She was much more responsive to our questions than outreach was. It reminded me that I had to have a quality salesperson and a defined standard for the sales process.

The Chantel's VP showed us 3rd party ratings/case studies and clearly explained to us where SL out did outreach.
Any sales org can benefit from the use of SalesLoft to scale. If you are not interested in growing sales then SalesLoft is not well-suited since you have to commit to the annual subscription.
