Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

On the Customer Success team, we attempted to use SalesLoft to engage with customers who responded to NPS surveys. We used Delighted. It integrates with Salesforce. Pulling the data out of Salesforce and into SalesLoft proved to be so difficult that we gave up on SalesLoft as a solution to this problem.
  • Opp management: Easy for managers to review deals, close dates, etc.
  • Cadences: Easy for SDRs, AEs to have a standard workflow.
  • Changing SFDC data without having to log into Salesforce.
  • Hard to pull data out of Salesforce regularly; even harder to automate.
  • Faster deal review
Haven't needed to open a support ticket. :)
The integration with Salesforce could be improved for customer success use case where we want to pull a known report from Salesforce into SL every day, automatically. Actually, we really only need to pull new contacts into Salesloft who fit certain criteria in Salesforce.
SalesLoft is good for sales automation but when we tried to automate customer success workflows, it fell short. Mainly because automating contacts from Salesforce to SalesLoft doesn't exist.
