Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft
We are using it for new business sales across all territories, including DACH. It has taken away so much manual work!
- Tells you when someone has opened your email, giving you the ability to reach out to prospects when you're top of mind.
- Has a great sales network that is delightful to follow on LinkedIn.
- Lets you add Vidyard videos into the body of an email.
- Having an option to add "Mr" and "Miss" for the DACH territory. This might not be needed in English but it is in German. There is, however, a way to work around it!
- Being able to prioritize contacts who are hotter by our own parameters (not necessarily email click rates, but "demo requests" or "free trial download").
It is so easy to use, I haven't really had the need for support.
It is integrated to SugarCRM but fine tuning some functionalities would be great. For example, when the status is changed in the CRM, for it to stop sending emails (but this is also because I am not so keen on the dialing functionality - I prefer being able to see "hot leads" within my other dashboard)
