Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

We use SalesLoft as a prospecting tool. Only the Sales team uses this tool. We use it to make our calls, send our emails (by hand or on time) and monitor their status. Our SalesLoft is connected to Salesforce, in order to pass on call statistics and activities. The tool allows you to monitor the number of calls, record the content (our side only), and dial numbers automatically to be more efficient.

  • making large volumes of consecutive calls, and providing notes and feelings.
  • Send emails easily (with templates and snippets) then track openings.
  • Connected with Salesforce.
  • The system takes a long time to load, regardless of the internet connection.
  • Connection with salesforce is incomplete: unable to convert opportunities, manual log calls do not seem to be reflected.
  • The contact/account finder feature is cumbersome to use. Often they show results from other employees/countries.
  • Tracking the number of calls allows us to keep an eye on our quantitative call targets. Large call volume results in better chances of meeting closed/won deals goals.
  • Email rates and templates save precious time in our daily sales. This time can be used to call more leads.
  • The system is linked to Salesforce and allows the creation of very advanced analysis dashboards. Very precise KPIs make it possible to analyze the performance of salespeople, and thus understand how to improve results thanks to actions that are easy to implement.
  • For example: make more calls/advise the best time slots to get calls picked up/do AB testing on emails.
I have never encountered a major problem with Salesloft. Sometimes the system has been down for a while, but often it is back up and running very quickly. When the system is down, it's easy to take out your phone and continue working "the old-fashioned way". In addition, we have someone in our company dedicated to the proper use of the tool. The training was very well done.
SalesLoft is in my opinion 100 times more efficient than Ringover. The calls are clearer, and the global tool allows much more (emails, cadences, reports, etc.). Pipedrive is a tool that I really appreciate because it is very intuitive and fast. On the other hand, it does not have a dialer like SalesLoft and is less compatible with large volumes of prospecting. Of all the tools I have tried, Salesloft connected to Salesforce is the best.

SaleLoft is very useful for calling the chain. When you have a well-informed contact base, complete with phone numbers and key information, prospecting is a snap. Once the call is made, you can import the lead in a suitable cadence in order to deal with it in the best way. When the deal is closed, you can even take some news automatically or send a newsletter.
