Overall Satisfaction with SAP Commerce Cloud

The company I worked at was struggling with its E-commerce platform and setting up features to increase sales growth. This is when our management came up with the solution of using SAP Commerce Cloud, a modern-day e-commerce platform that can easily simplify selling and buying processes to increase growth and sales conversions alongside retaining long-term customer loyalty.

The overall scalability of SAP Commerce Cloud was beyond our expectations. When we had a massive demand for goods and the competitiveness that arrived after the pandemic we had to go for rescaling options of increased demand and change. With all the changes, the ability to function well as the software was the most standing feature that we saw in SAP Commerce Cloud.
When it came to integrating our 3rd party applications into SAP Commerce Cloud we had to reach out to SAP support multiple times to clarify many doubts. The whole customer support team was very friendly and knowledgeable over this regard and helped us throughout. The integrations were made possible with SAP's best feature, SAP integration cloud - which is a multi-cloud platform to simplify integration processes.
SAP Commerce Cloud is a unique software that stands out from similar products in the industry because of the breadth of features it offers. This includes AI-powered merchandising, guided selling, chatbots, and many other features that aid the buying process for the customer. This helps the business to derive more sales and profits with a very lower cost of ownership.
