Overall Satisfaction with ScienceLogic

Used in monitoring IT infrastructure items, helps in the correlation of events and collaborates in a proactive vision.

Pros

  • Correlation of events, avoiding unnecessary tickets.
  • Agility in service due to effective monitoring of the problem device.

Cons

  • I believe the price still needs to be improved.
  • The decrease in ticket numbers, make an analysis of the incident more effective.
  • High cost.
Not Sure
As discussed earlier, visibility has improved greatly due to the correlation of events.
Using it for the improvement of the current tool.
Suitable for IT environments with complex network architecture. I believe it is not appropriate for small IT environments because of the high cost.
