Overall Satisfaction with ScienceLogic
Currently implementing ScienceLogic to replace numerous other products. Primarily, at first for the monitoring of infrastructure across the business. We are excited to allow specific teams to set up monitoring for what they own and hope to quickly branch into automated ticket handling.
- Diversity of tool set to replace other products.
- Diagnosis and enrichment of incidents.
- So powerful that if we are not careful it can become unmanageable within the company and would heavily rely on professional services.
- Discovery not yet finished for my business so I cannot answer appropriately.
Yes - SCOM, SolarWinds with others to follow.
It will change once implemented as the old systems do not show either the breadth or depth of information, but also did so at a slower pace.
We will be but have not yet made it to that point.
It will be vast once implemented and I look forward to the possibilities.
