We are using it for event monitoring of our infrastructure.
- Infra monitoring.
- Integration with other ITSM tools.
- Easy setup.
- Not a multi thread process, trouble when there are multiple incidents.
- Difficult to understand script used.

- Able to alert people when there is an event.
