Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
I use ScreenConnect to provide remote support to clients both as needed and as a managed IT provider.
- Allows me to take over computers with absolutely no issues.
- Very good triggering capabilities to help me monitor computers.
- Very easy for clients to use as well.
- The mobile app could be improved. It's like their shoving the desktop version into a mobile container.
- ScreenConnect is cheaper and better than its competitors. I saved by switching from GoToAssist.
- ScreenConnect has allowed me to reliably role out a managed IT service and trust I can provide support as needed.
It's way better.
