Overall Satisfaction with ShareFile
We use ShareFile to exchange and share information with our clients, requiring a decent upload and download size because our clients' documentation can be fairly lengthy. ShareFile addresses our business need for a secure and efficient file-sharing solution, which is essential given the sensitive nature of our clients' information. This product allows us to manage large files without compromising security or speed, ensuring a smooth workflow and quick access to necessary documents. The scope of our use case includes facilitating document exchanges, enhancing collaboration, and maintaining compliance with data protection regulations, all while improving client communication and satisfaction.
Pros
- User-Friendly Interface
- Large File Transfer
- Secure File Sharing and Storage
Cons
- Proposal to Contract is a bit unclear
- Pricing
- More advanced Filtering capabilities
- increased data accessibility
- enhanced security
- better file sharing experience
It is helping us to use one platform for all of our document management. We are still learning all of the functionality of ShareFile but so far it is helping us get documents signed easier and without having to clog up our emails as well as allowing our clients access to their files in real time.
We have not had to use this feature within our organization as of yet, but getting client signatures is easy enough.
The large file size for uploading and downloading documents was the one thing that the others just couldn't compare to.
