Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use SharpSpring as our primary marketing platform and as a CRM. So all our sales and marketing staff use it. We run all our campaigns on it, including remarking. Earlier we had different software for CRM, email marketing, landing pages, and social media.We also did not have any way to utilize behavioral data in targeting our marketing efforts. SharpSpring replaced all those other tools we used and now we have all the marketing, sales, and behavioral data in one place. It makes it easier to see the impact of marketing and sales efforts and to report and target different audiences.

- Automation workflows with a very easy-to-use visual user interface
- Very intuitive email marketing tools with easy personalization tools
- Easy to customize: templated system, multiple types of custom fields + multiple sales pipelines
Cons
- Multilingual support of the platform should be developed
- Landing page features should be developed so that full websites could be built
- Campaign management should include an integration to advertising networks (it now only covers remarking)
- Social media features should be developed forward
- Email wysiwyg tools behave weirdly on Safari
- Turnover has increased 19%
- Profit has increased 178%

Overall value for money was better in SharpSpring and also the investment in the beginning is much smaller. The pricing model was monthly based and fit to us instead of huge annual invoices. Also the fact that the license covered a huge amount of analyzed page views and sent emails and leads was a reason to choose SharpSpring. And there is no price tag for the number of users you have. In that perspective, it was an easy decision to take SharpSpring in use and test it out.
