Overall Satisfaction with Shopify
We're currently using shopify to sell apparel and our founder's new book. We use it to sell everything and it easily allows us to print and prepare packages thru purchasing postage right on their website. We can also work with a fulfillment service to handle all of our book orders, which cuts down on staff time and increases efficiency.
- Easy to use software for adding products as well as building a website. Fairly customizable too.
- Great customer service. Very quick response time.
- Powerful and can handle lots of orders at once. I've heard of other weaker e-commerce sites crashing, but never Shopify.
- I wish there was some more features offered in their website builder.
- I think in the navigation, there are so many options, it may be better to condense them and also make it easier to get to your website editor.
- Pricing is slightly high for a store that doesn't have a huge number of products.
- It's allowed us to fulfill orders more quickly and have one central tool to outsource fulfillments as well.
- It saves us financially from having to pay for an ecommerce website for our new book.
- It allows us to quickly add or update products and make last minute changes.

Shopify is superior to almost every other tool we've tried. The only downside would probably be the price is a little higher than other tools. Mojo was a very basic tool that looked terrible and delivered an archaic experience for our customers because all payments had to be made through Paypal and required them to create an account.
