Overall Satisfaction with SignNow
We use SignNow for document signatures - mainly employee agreements and contracts. We have employees spread across different states in the U.S. and getting handbooks and agreements signed and mailed back and forth was a nightmare. This program allows us to send the documents (which are updated annually) with ease and get signatures back very quickly.

Using SignNow
2 - Both members are in management. We use the program to collect and retain employee documents so we didn't want to give anyone else other than managers access to the program.
2 - Management per my previous answer but really anyone who is in tune with and fairly adept at navigating online sites can use it. It's super user friendly.

All three were probably equally important in our buying decision. It needed to be affordable since we didn't currently have anything like this in place but it also needed to be easy to use for both our company and those signing our documents.
I might would include a few more people in the decision process or at least try to find a solution so that others could use it but maybe only have access to certain features and data. Perhaps only managers have access to the full suite. Also, integration might be something else I'd consider.

No, we found that we didn't really need that level of support. We don't do a lot of advanced activities.

Yes - The change was seamless. We started with a free trial and then converted to a paid version. There were no hiccups and like I said the transition was smooth.
