Skype is used within the company to facilitate communication and interaction between employees and between employees and customers. The program allows quick communication between users in an intuitive way adding several functionalities to your system. Video calling, chat and sending files are the features we use most within our company.

The advantage of Skype over other programs is the quality of video calls. Another positive point is that Skype concentrates several functionalities in the same program and works in a very intuitive way. If we compare it with other applications, the disadvantage of Skype in relation to some of them is that they are already more widespread in Brazil and have a greater number of users.
