We use Slack for the whole company: we divided each department by Slack channels. We use it daily in order to connect every office [that are in different time zones.

Slack is more integrated with our third-party software products and is easier and faster to set up.

I have never used Slack support; it's always worked 100%.

Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Drive

Slack is the best communication system if you have offices all around the world and if you use software like Google Suite, Salesforce etc. I don't think it's appropriate for really small companies with less than 5 people.
