Overall Satisfaction with Slack
Slack is being used across our organization and over time it has definitely helped streamline company-wide and team-wide communications far better than mass emails have done in the past. One on one messaging is appreciated, but by far not the most used feature in my experience.
- Share files with others quickly.
- Communicate to a broad swath of people.
- Channels allow users to opt in or out of information as they please.
- Too many notifications.
- Too many workspaces to flip through.
- Channels get noisy and information becomes hard to find.
- It's definitely made cross-functional teams and members more approachable.
- I've been made more readily available to my team members while working remotely.
- Sharing links has been made extraordinarily quick and easy.
