Overall Satisfaction with Slack

Slack is a "must-have" tool for our company's
communications because it keeps everything organized. As a team leader, Slack
is a great tool to use. We use it to keep track of our activities, assigning
different channels to each service, topic, and employee. It gives all team
members instant access to the latest information. We've implemented Google
Calendar Integration to make things easier for my coworkers and myself. It's a
great way to start a conversation within a group or organization. We can set up
channels and groups to disseminate messages and information. They are
compatible with every conceivable file format. We also have a calling feature
that works with both audio and video. Having the option to make workspaces is
great. I like the screen sharing and whiteboarding features that let users
quickly solve UX and UI issues.
  • It has a great compact theme.
  • It lets us share large files, images, codes, etc.
  • Quality work improves business performance.
  • Meetings, timely work, and on-the-spot feedback are benefits.
  • It is challenging to configure a guest.
  • The search results can be somewhat confusing.
  • The calling feature called huddle is kind of slow.
  • Effortless communication.
  • Boosts corporate culture.
  • Excellent integration.
  • Easy to use and navigate.
  • It keeps us abreast of both group and individual activities at the office.
  • Teams can more effectively communicate and accomplish more by moving away from email inboxes and toward channels.
  • The ecosystem is the best part of it, and it is very helpful in remote working cultures because it manages communication with various people working on various projects.
Slack has features beyond messaging that make it unmatched.
Slack makes it easy to find older conversations even if you aren't part of a
channel—very good sync-to-device from PC and mobile apps. To send an email,
click the recipient's name and start typing.

Yes

Did implementation of Slack go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Slack again?

Yes

Slack is the main way my company manages communication with
coworkers and customers. Slack is used for internal communication and can also
be a notification system. It helps me a lot in the culture of working from
home, and I can talk to different people about different projects. It helps
share resources and integrates third-party apps for on-calls, customer complaints,
and more. Sometimes the limit on channel or DM files is too low. Even though it
accomplishes what it set out to do, the phone app's call quality and video call
quality have room for improvement.
