Overall Satisfaction with Slack

Slack is used as a networking tool throughout the day to keep management and employees connected and updated on activity. Working remotely this is a great tool to keep everyone in the loop about what's taking place with immediate updates and notifications - very similar to Microsoft Teams in my opinion.

Slack is a pretty user friendly application. Most of the features are straight forward and very simple to navigate through. Basic options like messaging, calling, sharing files and hosting meetings were done in a flash. There's no training necessary to use it and it is an effective tool in my opinion for any organization.
Slack has a great layout which makes it very user friendly. It is quite similar to Microsoft Teams and equally just as good. Better than Whatsapp Web as a stand alone app, so it doesn't have to be linked to your phone. The colors and fonts are welcoming as well.

Our entire team works remotely. With this in mind we needed an application that could keep us connected with capabilities to message, call and host virtual meetings. Slack also had the ability to create groups and channels which made it easier to have groups of people updated at the same time.
