Overall Satisfaction with Slack

I use Slack with two clients. One uses Slack to help manage risk to requirements with integration to Jira. This is extremely useful and is easy to use. The set up is complicated. My other client uses this with an integration to Enlil eQMS. The client uses it for communication/collaboration.

Pros

  • Excellent communication tool. Makes finding and responding abreeze.
  • Integration with Jira is great and the interaction between the two is seamless
  • Invites to additional workspaces is helpful

Cons

  • More functionality (AI) for the Free account
  • I use the Free version so My ROI is high,
  • Monthly pricing is extremely reasonable
Wish it could work with Teams and I would use this instead.

Yes

Slack is great for communication and team tracking. It is difficult when others use Teams. I have not seen an integration with Microsoft team. That would be a plus.
