Overall Satisfaction with Slack

We use Slack for our business every single day. It is the main hub for communication between us and our clients as well as internal communication. Slack is extremely helpful to keep tasks and projects organized as well as service central location for communication both within our team and with external people.

Pros

  • Allows us to have a different channel for each individual company that we work with.
  • Has Canva section for project management and organization of tasks.

Cons

  • Easier search functionality to find past messages
  • More condensed user interface for those that need to have a lot of channels.
  • Positive ROI as it allows us to work with many clients. Makes it easy to scale.
  • Positive team collaboration with easy huddle and chat features
I give it a 10 because Slack is one of the easiest tools to understand and learn and figure out how to use more advanced features. The basic version of Slack is very, very simple to use and learning new advanced ways to integrate and automate through Slack is is very approachable For someone that is not deep into tech
Slack is far better. It has better features. It’s easier to use and the pricing is usually better. It is far more superior in terms of usability on boarding sophistication of the features and user experience. it makes it very easy to scale and the pricing is very good. I would definitely recommend as my preferred choice for communication.

Slack is one of the best tools for companies that like to communicate with many people and throughout the day. It is a better solution to email and provide provides a very simple on boarding experience. Anyone knows how to use the tool. Especially companies that work with a lot of external people.
