Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters
We use SmartRecruiters as our main Applicant Tracking System. We post all of our jobs through SmartRecruiters, Track Candidates through the entire process from identification to onboarding, schedule the interviews in the system and use it for candidate reach out. It is our primary platform for recruiting and talent management. It is super helpful because we can create templates for common messages like interview scheduling and even integrate SmartRecruiters with our Outlook Calendars so easier scheduling with multiple people and even invite candidates to do self scheduling. This platform is a one stop shop for everything recruiting related that we need.

We have it attached to our job aggregator so when we post a new position is distributed out to multiple sites which helps our visibility for open requisitions. We also have been discussion with some of our third party platforms to integrate in with SmartRecruiters to allows us to better track candidates we are reaching out to through other mediums.
When creating a new requisition in SmartRecruiters it automatically distributes the position for us to multiple job boards which greatly increases our visibility. This also allows me to track applications coming in from multiple areas without having to log in and check each separate job board individually- this is extremely time saving and allows me to review more candidates quickly and effectively.

I have used several recruiting platforms during my career and every one has its pros and cons. SmartRecruiters is extremely helpful with cross-team collaboration and interview scheduling, however I think needs strong resume searching capabilities. I am overall satisified with the platform and believe they have been adding features that will make it a much more robust system. They have strong customer service and help us out if we have any issues in the systems.

Integrating SmartRecruiters
No, we use SmartRecruiters as a standalone recruiting solution.
We use HackerRank, Clickboarding and HireHonest. Clickboarding and HireHonest have a seamless integration with SmartRecruiters that allow me to launch it directly from the SmartRecruiters platform without requiring any additional logging in or work elsewhere. We have not integrated HackerRank with SmartRecruiters yet but is something our organization plans to do.
Using SmartRecruiters
Smart Recruiters is utilized by anyone tied to hiring. All of the recruiters use it for recruiting, our hiring managers use it for reviewing candidates, putting in feedback and making hiring selections. We also have several additional members within Talent Acquisition (i.e. Coordinators) that use it for scheduling and our HRBPs for tracking purposes, entering feedback. Once a candidate is selected for hire, our onboarding, compliance, and security teams use it for background checks, onboarding, etc.
