Overall Satisfaction with Smartsheet

Smartsheet has become a key communication tool for our corporate office and our 100 Dealers as well as our Field Representatives. We use Smartsheet to track orders, follow an approval process, and general feedback. So simple to create a link and a mobile form that we get requests weekly for new action items. Smartsheet is a great way for us to reach out and track feedback.

  • Ability to take on document uploads
  • Personalized Mobile Templates
  • Logic to process Dynamic questions
  • Tab out results by time periods and or certain fields - Example - if this field = yes then place results on sheet 2
  • We have been able to complete certain communication feedback projects in a fraction of the time
  • Easy input leads to faster developing and processing of small projects
Smartsheet is a solid, stable platform that is perfect for managing projects and teams that are decentralized. We really think we are only using the basic product but yet we are having tremendous success.
Never needed any help other than the guides and the forums - We have had one down day in 2 years and Smartsheet quickly contacted us about what was happening and the resolution.
Smartsheet is easier, more customizable, supports business projects and communications all in one place. Love it.
Organizations need quick ways to produce mobilized forms where the information can be gathered in one place. The extra approval logic, easy to use templates, coupled with the document upload feature makes Smartsheet a winner for us. The project management lite material is perfect for small in-house projects.
