We use Smartsheets across the whole organization to share information securely and to manage workflow. It instantly keeps everyone up to the minute, and also allows us to identify who made changes and when, and support those changes with attached documentation.
- Exports to Excel are simple and attractive.
- The ability to message other users in the same use space is practical.
- Once dashboards are created, it allows for everything needed on a daily basis to be right at your fingertips.
- Being able to have multiple Smartsheet pages open at the same time is crucial. Not all programs allow for this.
- Once a system is in place, it's challenging to change or update something because each instance of that change has to be updated. We have 20 centers, so have to update things 20 times in most instances.

- The ability to create reports in order to access and interpret data easily.
- The reports have saved me hours each month in design alone. Accessing what I need from the dashboard created for my department has saved me at least an hour every day, from opening a variety of programs and files to find information, to tracking approvals and work flows.

60 - Location managers, department heads, home office (HR and operations), and C-Suite all use Smartsheets. Managers communicate changes to HR; regional managers and DO authorize changes; everyone shares documentation amongst departments; HR enters data to create reports and interprets reports; the C-Suite has a dashboard so they can just tap into the reports as well.
2 - The two people we have managing the back end of Smartsheet have excellent attention to detail and can analyze processes to identify all steps before beginning to build. They can also troubleshoot and must be good at communicating corrective action to tech support and users alike.
