Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

I use it as a solution to be able to work from home. I also use it to do remote work on other computers in the building.

Pros

  • Connects quickly
  • Stays connected
  • Connection is clean, no lag

Cons

  • I have no complaints
  • It allows me more flexibility
I have not had to use any support. I find Splashtop simple and easy to use.
Splashtop was recommended by my IT company. If they trust Splashtop, then I'm good with it.
I've been using it for quite a while now. As I recall, it was very easy to install and start using.
Yes - Zoho Assist I replaced at the recommendation of my IT partner

It's great for working from home. I use it to connect to my pc at work after hours.
I also use it to do software maintenance on other computers in the building
