Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

The Splashtop solution is used across the whole organization. Primarily, it is utilized as a remote support access tool to address software, login, graphics, installation, update and scan concerns. It has proven to be an incredibly useful, time-saving tool for clients as well as the organization itself. The ability to manage and address device concerns without necessitating an on-site visit is critical for swift, efficient and cost-effective resolution implementation.

In all honesty, Splashtop Support is not utilized much by our organization because there aren't many issues that are unresolvable without escalation. The knowledge base and FAQs provided by the Splashtop team usually resolve most concerns and offers helpful walkthroughs to achieve goals and resolutions. The few times when Support has needed to be engaged, they have been prompt, courteous and effective.
Splashtop is on the cutting-edge of device security, management, and solution implementation protocols. While there are other services currently in use by our organization that are a bit more tailored to established systems at the Company, Splashtop integrates adequately with these and has proven itself to be a useful tool and meaningful asset.
I was not a part of the on-boarding process, but from what I understand it was not difficult, was very streamlined and entirely effective in implementing the protocol for the reasons in which we acquired it.

Splashtop is well suited for remote support requests and client education. The integration of chat functionality when live phone conversation is either unavailable or inconvenient is a fantastic benefit which allows the end-user to provide live-action input for swifter and more effective problem resolution. Splashtop is less suited for custom API integration and utilization during remote sessions.
