Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
It is used for some employees who work hybrid or remote. Our employees either use Splashtop or Remote Desktop. It helps solves our problem of gaining access to our server remotely.
Pros
- Allowing us to remote into our server
- Not being tied to a specific IP address
- Being able to see both monitors at once
Cons
- My screen view is very small and hard to read sometimes
- I would like a zoom feature
- I have no other issues with Splashtop
- I was able to work when our office was closed due to our local fires
- There has been nothing negative about Splashtop
- The price is reasonable for a yearly subscription
It meets my needs very well in offering secure remote access. I have never had any issues with this software.
My overall onboarding experience with Splashtop was great. I had no issues. The software was very quick to download and very quick to setup and start using.
