Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
We use Splashtop for remote access to multiscreen computer set ups to work throughout the day by a few staff that work remote. This allows us to retain control of our data and company property.
Pros
- It allows us to work throughout the day with constant connection.
- It allows us to transfer files to and from computers with ease.
- It is able to record the screen for documenting a process.
Cons
- Customer service and technical support can be easier to connect with.
- Less frequent updates.
- I don't really have this information available.
It does a good job and the two-factor auth is a good addition for security.
It was fine. I felt it was not that difficult to do.
Yes - Teamviewer. I was told that Splashtop is better and I would agree.
