For the last 5 years it has been a reliable and indispensable tool. It allows real-time monitoring. It addresses LogMeIn's surprise price hikes. Even with RMM, this tool is important.

Remote Access: Simple to use.
Monitoring: App opens and computers are just there.
Reliability: My team has never had a problem with access.

Low resolution mode not hidden behind premium.
Ability to turn off MFA for users.
