Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

Remote access is being used by about half of the office for remote access to increase productivity as the business is spread across several counties. By using Splashtop, associates can stay in their remote area, but have access to the office environment to create their reports and utilise the server software.

This solution exceeds our needs for a secure remote access solution. It employs different levels of security that you can choose from to suit your needs.
We were able to get up and running in about 15 mins. without any problems.
Yes - Were using TightVNC but changed to a new ISP that doesn't support a dedicated IP and couldn't reliably pass traffic through their modem/router. So we transitioned to Splashtop.

It is well suited for just about any situation where a business needs to provide remote access to a bunch of machines or certain machines. Management can assign users to machines individually or by groups.
