Splashtop is our go-to solution for client remote access needs. We love the simplicity of the interface and installation. It is a secure way for users to access their needed materials and resources from wherever they are. We support many clients by reselling and supporting their Splashtop deployments.

- Currently, Splashtop can only display to as many monitors as are currently connected to the device. One monitor (or headless), one display for the end-user. Two monitors, two displays for end-user. This can cause an extra expense for the end-user that needs two monitors at home.

We feel very confident using Splashtop internally and recommending it to our clients, who need the extra security layers. All of the needed elements are available - and can be as secure as any clients need them to be.
Deployment is a breeze because of its integration with the Datto RMM solution. The management portal makes user set up and administration simple and effective. When we onboard clients, I can have the agent deployed on their computer, and walk them through the installation on their personal computer in under ten minutes. It has been a needed tool after earthquakes, snowstorms, and the pandemic.
Yes - We were using the LogMeIn platform originally, and when the pricing model changed, we began looking elsewhere and have been very pleased with Splashtop.

- The application is clean and easy to use
- The scaling is not fabulous - on laptops it can be hard to read the remote screen sometimes, unless you have a second display connected
Yes - It's a fantastic resource for anyone who only needs to look at information quickly. It is difficult to use if trying to do more complicated things on the remote computer.
