Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

Everyone at the company uses it as needed. When you can't make into work, the software is used to work from other locations.
  • Work From Anywhere
  • Secure
  • Dependable
  • Sluggish operations. Scrolling is one of the worst.
  • Clearer information and instructions in regards to initial setup.
  • More feature creation.
  • Time Saver, don't have to drive into the office for simple tasks.
  • Employee's don't have to risk their life on bad weather days.
  • Helps attract talent.
I've only used support a couple of times, but each and every time they have been quick to respond and their responses have always been helpful! They provide solutions quickly that are accurate and helpful. Couldn't improve in this department even if they wanted to! It's been great from start to finish.
We use the device verification, but I can't speak to two-factor authentication, as we do not have that setup. We only connect one single remote computer to one computer in our office. We have 5 computers setup this way. We have been told by our IT consultant that this method of use is safe and secure.
Fairly quickly. Like mentioned before, we do wish that the onboarding instructions were clearer. Whenever we hire a new employee, I have to walk them through the steps to set it up and help with other items as well. Maybe have more pictures? People like pictures. Also, make sure to not use too technical of words.

Working from a location with high speed internet great. Working from a location off a mobile hotspot, not so great. I would like to see the software being more capable when using slow internet or "spotty" internet. It also is of no help if you don't have internet and cannot connect a computer to it. It doesn't work off of phone or tablet only.
