Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
We use Splashtop Enterprise to access our computers to work and provide support.
Pros
- Easy to use
- Reliable
- Affordable
Cons
- Sometimes it is a little slow
- More efficient
- More productive
- Reasonable cost
The security features seem pretty strong, and they generally are not a pain which is good. Some two-factor things can be very annoying. Splashtop Enterprise works pretty well.
It took very little time to get up and running. What's more important, they provide a deployment package that you can use to quickly set up other computers. This is really helpful, so you don't need to go to each computer and set it up one by one. Also makes it very easy for other non-technical users to set it up.

Evaluating Splashtop Enterprise and Competitors
- Price
- Product Features
We are a small business and we don't want to pay a lot for features we can get from Microsoft Remote Desktop. There are other software solutions, but Splashtop Enterprise made sense from a price and feature standpoint. We've gone back and looked at it, since and validated our decision. End of answer.
I'd probably try to get a few different prices on other products, or maybe try to get a little more familiar with Microsoft Remote Desktop which doesn't cost anything. Splashtop is just a little bit easier and for the price, it makes sense to go in that direction. If the cost went up much I would revaluate so don't raise your price!
