Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

We use Splashtop Enterprise for our IT Department to be able to access our employees' computers. It has been very helpful and easy to use for even novice technology users. Splashtop Enterprise allows technicians to enter an employee's machine with quickness and ease to address and identify any number of technical issues we may have, install new needed software, and make any updates needed.

Pros

  • Allows quick and east access for our IT techs
  • Helps to quickly solve an array of tech issues
  • Easy to use for all levels of employees

Cons

  • To be able to have the same download
  • It could be a bit quicker in generating access codes
  • I do not have these answers.
I have never personally had to contact support for Splashtop Enterprise. Every time I have used it, I have had no issues.
I believe it is very secure. As soon as you close the window, the code is no longer valid.
It was up and running immediately.

Splashtop Enterprise is perfect when we have an agent that needs urgent assistance from our IT department. The only thing I see that could be more efficient is not having to redownload it each time, but I understand a new code is needed for security purposes.
