Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
A user overseas has to use Splashtop Enterprise to access our computer here in the US. It is super reliable, fast, and exactly as advertised. This is a critical function for us since the user is overseas and usually works in the middle of the night for us. If there are any issues with it, we'd have to deal with it at a time that is not practical. This is why I love this software because their competitors cost more and are less reliable. A++ and five stars to Splashtop Enterprise!!
- Reliable. It works every time I go to use it.
- Fast. There is no delay on either end.
- Safe. The encryption is solid.
- User-friendly. Easy to set up and to use.
- Updates. Give us the option to do them later, like in the evening automatically.
- Nothing else. You guys rock!
- Huge ROI! Not having access would cost us money!
It meets our needs. I feel very secure in our log-in. Despite our user being overseas, it still is very secure and works easily.
Onboarding is very easy. The portal makes downloading for the remote computer super easy. The deploying tool is really easy and intuitive to use. This is important because it makes life a lot easier on the installer when everything just works, and it works really well. Great job on making it super easy!
Yes - Team Viewer. It sucked, bad, really bad. Mostly because it was unreliable, many times my user couldn't get on, and I had to allow them to get on. This is a big deal because it was usually late at night or super early in the morning. I will never use any other remote software again.
