Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

I use [Splashtop SOS] to give remote support to users and attend to their computer needs when problems arise. I use it to go in and reconfigure systems, troubleshoot problems, and find solutions to remote users, it came very usefully during the COVID-19 pandemic as we all worked remotely from home, I recommend it, very easy to use and configure, manage and implement and most of all, secure.

Help from Splashtop is always fast and professional, they always take their time to review all my concerns and take their time to help me resolve them, always ready to help and their responses are fast and very professional, i never had any bad experiences with any of the techs i worked with.
Security is always a good thing to have and with Splashtop, we have that, by implementing two-factor-verification i know my systems are my customer's systems are secure and safe from attacks or hackers, all communications are encrypted so that gives you a peace of mind knowing that your data is safe and secure.
When I became a Splashtop user the process was very easy, I got my account set up and ready to go in minutes and as soon as i paid for the services I was ready to go, no wait time or anything like that, I even had the option to personalize to installation and make profiles.
Splashtop Business Enterprise is actually easier to implement and get it up and running, all users have to do is download the standard or personalize file and run it, then share the code with you and you are all set to go, i like it because you can even do it from your phone if necessary

[Splashtop SOS is well suited] for people who constantly work remotely and if you have to support people around the globe, if you are stuck at a client's office and you need to help your next customer, you could be working in two places a the same time with different clients, very easy to connect to multiple computers at the same time.
