We use Sprout Social for all content publishing, follower data and reporting, and inbox management. The platform is clean, intuitive, and the data is reliable.

- More customization in reporting (colors, labels, etc)
- More integrations with customer service platforms
- Sprout Social acts as an additional teammate, with it's auto-labelling and sentiment reporting. It's essentially our grunt-work/intern (for less $!)
Yes, it's lessened the time we spend interacting with followers so we are able to spend more time strategizing, creating, and growing. The ROI of Sprout Social comes from the clear and concise reporting and automatic labelling and tagging in our inboxes. Learning from data and pivoting is quick and easy with Sprout Social on the team.
Sprout Social is the most robust and reliable of all platforms I've tried by far.
It is not the best in scheduling and content strategy, but does a very adequate job and is worth it for the proper data and tracking in dashboards.
