Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

We use Sprout Social for all content publishing, follower data and reporting, and inbox management. The platform is clean, intuitive, and the data is reliable.

Our team is now working cross-functionally seamlessly and we're spending less time on menial tasks because Sprout Social serves as an additional teammate. We spend less times on menial tasks and more time growing because of Sprout Social.

Pros

  • Clear and consistent inbox management
  • Intuitive reporting for internal and external teams
  • Dependable content scheduling

Cons

  • More customization in reporting (colors, labels, etc)
  • More integrations with customer service platforms
  • Sprout Social acts as an additional teammate, with it's auto-labelling and sentiment reporting. It's essentially our grunt-work/intern (for less $!)
Yes, it's lessened the time we spend interacting with followers so we are able to spend more time strategizing, creating, and growing. The ROI of Sprout Social comes from the clear and concise reporting and automatic labelling and tagging in our inboxes. Learning from data and pivoting is quick and easy with Sprout Social on the team.
Sprout Social takes some time to set up well. But it's very worth it. The care teams are helpful and involved in the process.

I'd highly recommend carving out time to thoroughly set up your accounts and create processes that work for your company or brand.
Sprout Social is relatively intuitive and quick once you're familiar with the program.
Sprout Social is the most robust and reliable of all platforms I've tried by far.

It is not the best in scheduling and content strategy, but does a very adequate job and is worth it for the proper data and tracking in dashboards.

Sprout Social is a great resource for small teams with big jobs. I'd recommend it to any understaffed team looking for support and help but can't get headcount approved.

From my experience, Sprout Social is a very robust platform. If you don't have time to dedicate fine-tuning macro responses and labelling it won't AI-assist as much as it is designed to.
