Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

We use Talkdesk across the whole organization. It enables us to work faster with a system fully integrated with our other tools. We use the click to call feature with Autotask and connected Talkdesk with Slack so everybody can see if we missed a call. We drastically reduced our time response with prospects.

  • Platform not in French.

  • Information is easy to retrieve.
There is no comparison - integration with our tools was key.
