Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

We use Talkdesk across the whole organization. It enables us to work faster with a system fully integrated with our other tools. We use the click to call feature with Autotask and connected Talkdesk with Slack so everybody can see if we missed a call. We drastically reduced our time response with prospects.

Pros

  • Simple to use, interface very intuitive.
  • Fully integrated with Autotask, Slack, Infusionsoft.
  • Reporting.
  • Windows toolbar easy to use.

Cons

  • Platform not in French.
  • Faster response to prospects.
  • Information is easy to retrieve.
There is no comparison - integration with our tools was key.
Talkdesk works well when you need a system easy to deploy and configure.
