Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

The whole organization makes use of Talkdesk. We have offices around the world and Talkdesk connects us very easily which allows all departments in the company to communicate. It also allows us to work with leads all over the world, from South Africa to Australia.

TalkDesk is well suited in spaces where instant communication is preferred. It is ideal to use it to connect to team members, to train new employees on best practices because the recorded calls can be used to self reflect and make an example.
