Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk
Talkdesk is used across the whole organization. It provides a phone system for the various outbound calls made by our contact personnel.
- I love how well Talkdesk integrates with our Salesforce database.
- I enjoy being able to get ahold of the Support team quickly, and that problems are quickly resolved when they arise.
- It is frustrating when Talkdesk logs me out of itself. I believe the problem is something to do with the Salesforce integration, but it is frustrating nonetheless.
- We are able to determine when our highest call volume and longest duration call topics are based on call dispositions and other reporting systems. These features are very helpful in maximizing our utility.
