TeamViewer is being used by the support team to connect to remote customer locations to resolve their issues. In case of immediate support is required this software helps to connect and have immediate intervention. We use it to solve small client software issues and to check and resolve network issues as well.
Security is a major concern for any organization as well as clients. Choosing a remote access solution comes with its risks. TeamViewer is so far the best option and has a good safety track record to ensure that you and your data and client are safe. Other competitors didn't have any such guarantees.

We have implemented two-factor authentication to ensure that no unauthorized access is made. These features ensure we and the clients we use them on have a sense of security and safety. This also ensures that in case unauthorized access was made we will be notified and we can take necessary actions immediately.
It's best for providing remote support to clients easily in a fast and secure manner. It can be used for any small-scale to large scale enterprise. It's less appropriate to use this software on critical systems or on any system that has sensitive information since like any software an intruder can connect and sabotage this sensitive information.

The software itself is easy to use, however, the ease of use of TeamViewer is highly subjective and depended on the application use case. It also supports file transfer and claims to have a higher transfer rate than any of its competitors. This was achieved by on-the-fly compression which was a TeamViewer proprietary.

Yes - Same as the desktop interface. But it's a bit more challenging to use the interface on a mobile platform. The ease of navigation is a bit more complex and needs a little getting used to for navigation and selection. Since there is no mouse to use the single click, double click and right click need to be configured or understood for each device before using the interface.
