Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

We currently use TeamViewer throughout the organization. It is utilized by our helpdesk to remote access our staff remotely. It is a great application that works silently in the background. It works consistently with no issues. Reliability of the software is very important as this is our only way to remote in.

TeamViewer is a thin client, very reliable and easy to use. The application allows both the end-user and support staff to see what is on the screen at the same time. Security passcode is easy to pass along with very little user training required.

TeamViewer is very easy to implement on our company devices. IT staff can quickly roll this out and does not take up their time. We push out the install so it's a zero touch approach for the user. The less the user need to interact with the install the better.
Our organization is in the healthcare industry and heavily regulated with HIPPA compliance. One of the main decision-making factors is that it is HIPAA compliant. We have also rolled out SSO and MFA for our users to have that added convenience and security. Features that allow me to sleep well that no unauthorized individuals can remote into our staff PC's.
TeamViewer is well suited for providing remote access to our users that are not physically at locations where we have IT staff in the office. This also includes the rare times when a user experiences computer technical issues outside core work hours. TeamViewer also allows our staff to continue to work remotely during COVID restrictions. Where in the past they would be in the office and have access to local IT staff.

TeamViewer Security and Support

I did not purchase the premium support but I found the standard support to be more then suitable for our needs. The support person was very knowledgeable and provided great technical support. I also found the tech to be very professional and polite. He spoke clearly and was very patient with my questions and provided great examples to help me understand the issue.
