Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use TeamViewer to view and assist people with tasks on their computers from a remote location. This has proven invaluable with the less tech savvy folks that tend to panic when something unexpected pops up on their screen. We get a call and set up a TeamViewer session over the phone.
- Easy to start a TeamViewer session.
- Simple controls that don't get in the way when remotely assisting.
- Cross platform support is great.
- Pretty solid tool overall. No glaring areas needing improvement.
- Reduced need for travel to client site.
- Faster resolution of client issues.
TeamViewer is a known commodity as such no other Remote Desktop access tool was seriously considered.

TeamViewer implementation went smoothly. It is a robust and easy to use tool. No complaints with ease of use, set up, or performance.
We have not taken advantage of these security features as of yet, but it's nice to know that these advanced features are available should we need them in the future.
