Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
TeamViewer is an excellent product that provides remote access to several devices with different operating systems. In my company TeamViewer is mostly used to support problems with computer configurations, mostly when the majority of the coworkers are working remotely. This tool also allows connecting to some mobile devices that are physically in the office, to test some behaviors that are specific to some operating system version on a physical device.
- Easy to configure a connection.
- Support for several Operating Systems.
- Provides a stable connection.
- Touch gestures are a little bit hard to replicate remotely.
- Allows supporting remote workers with their computer configurations, avoiding sending computers by couriers.
- Share same devices remote access, avoiding buy more physical devices to test.
- Zoom, VNC Connect and BeyondTrust Remote Support (Legacy)
TeamViewer had a better performance on the company's use cases, so it was the chosen option.

It allowed sharing devices remotely to test some behaviors in the development process. If we didn't have any remote access to them, or we didn't test things on several devices, or the company had to buy a lot more devices.
