Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use Teamviewer from a remote help standpoint. Our integration is with intune and JAMF and it uses very little interaction from the end-user. We do everything from intune or JAMF and use those remote sessions to get into the computer to assist our end users. Before intune and JAMF we had users go to a customized web address and had them download the remote session.

LogMeIn was clunky the way we were using it and did not integrate into current systems such as intune and JAMF.

This is very easy to set up and use on day 1. the management console is very user-friendly and would like to start using some of the other features for our organization.
We have not utilized the 2-factor or HIPAA security features.
