Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
It is used for remote management on a PC in the office. It's frequently used by individuals and is easy to understand. So easy to use. And we're using it for the customer to remote manage. But when a failure occurs, we can not prove it. we wants more support programs.

First of all, the biggest advantage is that it runs directly in Chrome without installation. This is a really big plus. I can focus more on security on my PC. Just because it has a lot of features doesn't mean it's good. Ultimately, users should be able to use it conveniently and when they want without any problems.

They didn't help at all when it was decisive and don't move quickly when problems arise. Customers always want the best. It is true that TeamViewer is a global leader. But not all customers can be satisfied. And more technical personnel need to respond quickly in the field. I doubt that the B2B solution is right.
Are there any solutions to these security issues these days that don't work? Word-of-mouth security is not real security. We got hacked through TeamViewer. A hacking program was hidden in the installation file, and we had no choice but to take action later. Security should always be questioned and questioned. Additional antivirus programs and network security are required.
