Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
As an MSP, we use TeamViewer corporate to provide managed remote support to our customers. We solve technical support issues on windows and mac computers. We do this add-hoc with quick support and managed by installing an agent on the customers computers to provide unattended support. When people have a technical support problem, they can download the executable support file from our website for 1 time support
- Well established brand
- Connections are typically initiated well
- Mobile support doesn't come as standard
- Every year they keep increasing pricing which impacts my profits
- Hard to reach their technical support
- You can solve solutions remote without the need of going onsite
- Annual price increases make it less and less interesting to use
AnyDesk is also a German company. It's easy to setup a session. Just with a couple of clicks. But the UI is horrible and very old. I also dislike that people that I need to support associate the tool with scammer since so many people do fraudulent activities with this platform since it's also for free
Splashtop is my preferred platform that I now have side by side. It's intuitive, cost-effective and come with mobile support as standard

The compliance isn't that important, but minimal feature set is important like MFA. However in teamviewer corporate there is NO SSO. You need to upgrade to tensor which is 4-6x as expensive. Security should be standard
