Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
I actively use Teamviewer to remotely assist not only company employees with technical issues, but the members of our business as well. I remote in to their systems as required on an almost daily basis (for different members across the country) to install software, and remotely troubleshoot.
- Remote access
- Quickservice application for easy connections
- Session codes that can be emailed to users
- The new user interface is rather large, and to easily see everything you have to maximize the app or have a large screen
- New application was crashing on previously installed hardware, only resolved when I upgraded to another PC
- I have never had to travel to ANY of the hundreds of locations we service to install/maintain OUR software BECAUSE of Teamviewer
- Server work is as seamless as being there
- The ability to send key commands THROUGH the connection is key, especially in MY field.
Because of the ease of use in the UI and the familiarity.
