Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

I actively use Teamviewer to remotely assist not only company employees with technical issues, but the members of our business as well. I remote in to their systems as required on an almost daily basis (for different members across the country) to install software, and remotely troubleshoot.

Pros

  • Remote access
  • Quickservice application for easy connections
  • Session codes that can be emailed to users

Cons

  • The new user interface is rather large, and to easily see everything you have to maximize the app or have a large screen
  • New application was crashing on previously installed hardware, only resolved when I upgraded to another PC
  • I have never had to travel to ANY of the hundreds of locations we service to install/maintain OUR software BECAUSE of Teamviewer
  • Server work is as seamless as being there
  • The ability to send key commands THROUGH the connection is key, especially in MY field.
Because of the ease of use in the UI and the familiarity.

No we have not used the above features
One hundred percent would recommend. I have used others and the ease of use and familiarity of the UI keeps me coming back every time. I have tested the others and there is a comfort to using Teamviewer since I have been using it since its inception. My supervisor and the CEO of my company asked if I wanted to keep it when renewal time came up and i was adamant that we keep it.
